Thats a pity...thought it may be because they were revisiting Stuart Driver at thredbo, or perhaps watching the Pope shake hands for 2 hours...
You wouldn't get that at Channel10, as they only have work experience people on on the weekends.

swapped my shifts at work to do a 5pm one instead of a day shift -
bloody channel 7 ... i didn't even see most of today's game .. they were too busy showing hundreds of replays and people leading to the ball then cut to someone lining up for goal!!

yep replays were late which then meant it cut into the action. but its fox's fault rather than seven because they were just taking their feed.

I texted my mate Tammy with "I didnt want to see a bunch of old men in frocks kiss the ring of another old man in a frock - get the stupid old bastard off!!!". I doubt we were the only ones to be annoyed by it - in fact channel 7 should be arrested under the new annoyance laws - seeing the pope on during the footy coverage was highly annoying too me.! this week in Sydney will be a nightmare.

I thought they often showed Gary Ablett senior during games down at Geelong!
