I'm talking about the constant mention that he wants to return to Ireland. It's like yeah, we get it already!

            It's inevitable - so what.

If he said he wanted to play for the West Coast now there's a problem

I'm bored with Kennelly's constant harping about going home, as others have said....we got it the first time. It completely irrevelent until he decides NOT to sign a new contract.

Could we send him back a bit closer to home by trading with west coast for their first draft pick?

Is he after ANOTHER pay increase?

He might get over to Ireland & realise that life ain't like it was without his dad there. Would be working in a pub if he went back too.

It is all & well to say he wants to go home. But what would he be doing? And would he be happy having to earn a real living then playing footy on the weekend like the rest of us mugs.

                    Get off his back.

They ask a question, he answers it.

                    We all move on.

He'll be playing footy, which is he has always maintained is his motivation to go home and win a 'flag' with members of his family and follow in the footsteps of his dad.

As Claret said, get off his back.

You know he will be a qualified teacher right?
Teachers generally dont work June July and August here.

However, and I dont get how everyone doesnt get this yet, it seems nothing out of the ordinary for journos to wheel out the' when will you go home' question every so often, honest answer is obviously ' I have said I will all along at some stage'
Its not like he is saying next week.
And in an interview this week he said he watns to approach the AFL to become the first Irish AFL ambassador in both Oz and here to work for recruits and I quote ' which would save me having to pack up and leave Australia.

Its a romantic idea to win an All ireland here, especially in Kerry and ESPECIALLY since his Father passed, RIP, however with the $ guaranteed there, a recession here and the fact he is settled and may see what Jimmy has done with the Dees, leaving there may become jsut as difficult.

                            Maybe.

Trouble is Beano, the journos have nothing else to write about, and everyone of them wants to be the first to get the "I'm going home" story.
