I guess ideally you'd get back Malceski and Leo Barry, but neither are certain.

Everitt will stay. Not doing a lot, but doing his role enough to stay in.

Anyone calling for LRT to be dropped needs to see Barry Hall's physcologist.
Agree totally. Hall wasn't good, but he wasn't as bad as his output suggests. He received truly ordinary delivery on a number of occasions.

Playfair is an obvious out, Mathews was just plain @@@@.

Everitt wasn't too bad. By no means dominant, but supported Jolly well. He did his bit, and had some nice touches and marks. He's borderline.

LRT was one of our better players. I couldn't believe the criticism he was getting in the match thread. He dominated Bock (although Bock was admittedly playing out of position), and used the ball pretty decently.

Outs: Playfair (injured), Mathews, Goodes (unless he has recovered by next week), and possibly Everitt.

Ins: Malceski, Smith (if Goodes is out), White, Currie (if Everitt is out).
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

I don't think Hall should be out at all. He led all night but the delivery to him was awful. He had 3 shots from goal for 1.2 and one of them hit the post .... what else could he have done??

Goodes needs a break. He is obviously injured and can't run, chase, tackle or jump. I love Goodsey but he's not right and it's not going to get any better - he needs to fix his injury because he's no use playing the way he is now ... he cant have got many possessions tonight - anyone have a number??

Why? The bloke is awful, makes too many mistakes, has no footy smarts. He is a liability.

You would have to assume goodes and playfair will miss. Given the dogs have a small forward line, grundy can probably go forward. Mal will probably make a return. Barry may return. White to come in if we feel we need another tall forward. we really dont have a lot of options. Most of our first choice replacements are injured.

My thoughts on LRT are if he cannot take the big forwards, we may as well try someone else who can. Lrt gives up height structure. White can probably do that also.

              Constrained by injuries.

              OUT: Goodes, Playfair
              IN: Barry, Smith

Shame there was no reserves game this week.

LRT kept his man (a big man in Bock) goalless and barely made a mistake all night. Without him the damage would have been much worse. I was criticising him as much as anybody last week, but he played well tonight.

As the saying goes, stats can be misleading. There was at least 2 instances where LRT spoiled his own teammate unnecessarily leading to an Adelaide goal.

Is is role to be a useless lump? No goals, seven hitouts - 0 to advantage - and 6 touches from more than half the game time. No way they can keep playing him.

Here's an idea - keep ROK, Jolly, Moore, Hall, B2, Mattner and Kirk.

Then bring in the complete reserves side.

This will make a lot of posters here happy

Yes, the one in the last quarter where he spoiled B2 was an absolute howler.

LRT wasn't too bad today, certainly made some good spoils, defensive efforts. Few errors once he got the ball, but defensively good.

Our problem is that we are running out of fit players!
David Missen is missin', any coincidence.
