Surely they won't lose 3 in a row

The bulldogs are playing as bad as us atm. Carltank really are pretty ordinary.

I dunno. Lets see how we go people. I think the future is looking good for us. With injuries, some younger players are getting more of a go than they would otherwise. A bit of short term pain. Lets enjoy the ride :-)

See, THAT'S how you beat a top side. There must be some element of attack, some risk.

The Bulldogs will probably cream us.

Carlton showed today that they are a good side.
They have a couple of champions and a few very good players... last week we were able to beat them with an injured team.
Next week we must go in with a fit side.
Goodes is proof that injured players don't give themselves or the team any benefit.
He must be rested and a young runner given a chance.

Carlton today showed that our form is not that bad. If we had kicked straight the result would have been a lot closer.

            Onward to next week....

There probably won't be a heap of changes and I think we'll beat the Bulldogs this week.

We can't possibly kick that bad again this year surely. Let's just hope the Bulldogs don't put on another kicking clinic as they did against us earlier in the year.

I reckon Crouch has to come in this week just so he can tag Aker. Would be worth it just to get him off his game a bit.

There's no reason why not - that was the 7th time this year we've kicked poorly.

Bulldogs should have put them away, but are having a slump. They gave Carlton a sniff and Carlton has enough talent to take advantage. If Carlton had taken advantage of all their opportunities against us in the first quarter they would have beaten us too.

Yep, noticed them. I remember one clearly, a mix up between him and Teddy, but that was really just a result of the Crows players falling over. It would have been a fantastic spoil otherwise. Nothing he could really do, he was already committed. Can't comment on the other one though, since I can only vaguely sort of remember it.

And aside from those instances, he was pretty solid. His spoiling was fantastic, and he used the ball quite decently. He wasn't fantastic, but there were shades of the LRT of 05/06.

How do you all expect BH to get the ball the way the players down feild kick it to him . We would be better off playing BH at CHF and letting him rum around and not be the focal point. Agree that Bird and Jack need a rest and thank goodness Playfair will be missing because
Roosey wll not drop him. Ou forward coach should be changed Blakey was back man or onballer late in his career. Swap Longmuir and him. I hope the Swans stop newspapers writing about playersa Bevo and McVeigh were not up to it tonight. I guess they cant make wholesale changes with so many injured. Everiit has to go bring in Currie and let him learn.
You forgot sacking the boot studder. One newspaper interview, one defeat and its a stampede for the exits.

Haven't read the thread - If it's been said before, I apologise, but here are my two changes:

Longmire to the reserves, Roos - Get the hell off the boundary and back into the coaches box.
