IMO start Grundy back and Leo wing / forward

    OK

Leo is a marked man for this week - Cry boy Roos have already seeded the umpires thoughts. He will be penalised to the max. I would start him wing / HFF for a quarter and see how he goes. (defensive winger) Grundy in the back line taking which ever player Leo would have taken.

Move him back if / as required

Goodes will be back in the side and Grundy won't be needed on the Half forward line...

Part of the mix and match game plan

I don't think Grundy will make the cut. We need two outs and I think he and Crouch might be the ones, considering Roos said that they had succeeded in getting Noggy back into form.

Rod you're either a crazy genius or just plain crazy.

Wouldn't you love an old fashioned switcheroo with 20 minutes left and Leo darting around the goal square popping through cheeky ones for a last gasp famous victory.

      All fantasy.

I have a horrible feeling that he'll drop Veszpremi..

I think Laidley's salvo might backfire badly. The umps aren't stupid and won't have enjoyed the way he's handled it. He would have gained more by keeping their approach quiet IMO.

The hood, probably option 2. Just to confirm the fact that I am crazy, I must admit that I had assumed that Leo would be playing this week. Given his frees against last week, he may be on the chopping block.... Nah

But the in's and out's this week will be interesting...

I found it hard to make room for MOL, ROK and A. Goode player.

IMO, Looking to the future I would not select Noggy, BBBH (if he can't pull his head in) and one other not sure on the match ups (Maybe a second ruckman is not needed?)

                confirmed = crazy

Membership card poised for tearing (at the end of the month).
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Maybe what Roos is really meaning in his statements so far is:
                      1. "Noggy has finally found form."
                      2. Roos then says "he doesnt pay attention to form from one game"
                      3. He drops Noggy (not Vespremi) even though he has found form because his overall season hasnt been good.
                      4. He hopefully becomes useful trade bait.

                        LOL.

Grundy doesn't even get TO the contest he is that bad defensively. At least he won't give away any free kicks

You want to take the most important part of our structure out of the backline, and replace it with a leaking siv?

                        Pffft.
"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.

Which is complete bollocks, as the kid gave us a lot on Saturday night.

Grundy also (finally) showed a bit when moved up to his natural position of the forward line on Saturday night. He is way too so & way too casual for a permanent spot in the Swans backline.

There's no way he'll drop Veszpremi.

                            Grundy, Crouch, - out

                            ROK, Goodes - in

Or Grundy, NOG out ROK, Goodes in. Need the quick taggers for Boomer and co. Crouch didn't set the world on fire Saturday night, neither did Luke Power, which was Crouchies job, and well done too. Roosy is playing ducks and drakes, Yes, Reg did show something in the forward line but if ROK is in and Goodes has to play in the forwards, we will need the nidfield bolstered. Watch for Vez to get some short spells in there, rotating with Moore and McVeigh. Tricky situation but the answers seem obvious, well, considering I'm a mental case
