I can understand why he's missed out given that Goodes and O'Keefe simply have to come in, and he probably won't be the difference between us winning and losing, but geez he's unlucky. Would have been worth the gamble, especially as he's in form, you just never know where the goals will come from.

That said North have a number of lively smaller types like Thomas and Campbell who are candidates for tagging jobs so that *may* be why Ablett is still in. On form, he's incredibly lucky, but he may not be 100% fit and Vespa could come in anyway.

Have him as a crumbing forward, with ROK on the other HFF Ball at CHF & Goodes at FF.

It seems doable to me. Can't see why Roos would have any reason to think otherwise.

How on Earth can Roos justify not playing him?

He was absolutely nowhere near being in our worst players last week. This completely reeks of favouritism towards blokes who played in the 05 GF.

LRT instead of Grundy? That's almost as bad IMO.

Someone on Footy Classified suggested that Vespa reminded him of Nick Davis.

With that sort of comment hanging over His head, I fully expect that Vespa will be delisted by the end of the year.

Because he is inarticulate and found it easier to say "O'Keefe" ?
Or maybe Princess Mary put in a word for him ?

Poor decision - Patrick plays without fear and whilst ROK has had a good year , his form hardly merits a recall.

This could cost us the game.

What it should have read like is, Ablett out Ves in.

I think he will be playing on the Day,someone will prob be injured.

Or by the way things are sounding, someone will be injured by a poster.

The guys on Fox League Team cannot understand why we would have both Jack and Ablett as they do the same job and then leave out Vespa. IMO its madness to leave out someone who obviously generates some excitement and enthusiasm among the team (and supporters)

you'd probably be the only one.

Although I note the Roos bashers are biting their tongue on this one.
