                            I would believe it as we went through the same thing in the block we used to live in. We ousted the old geezer who ran the committee like he owned all 18 units and got a campaign going to allow foxtel, air-conditioning and a communal washing line installed. We called an EM and needed 75% of the votes, close call but we got it. You should have seen the grin on my face when we got air-con (sorry environment but it was a west facing unit) and Foxtel installed on the same day

                                    If you missed the first half of the game, count yourself lucky. Des and I were discussing at half time how both teams were deliberately lulling the Dogs and the Cats into a sense of security. We felt pretty lulled ourselves.
