I was there with Katie-Scarlett and my cousin who isn't a Swans member but has been to most games this year and will sign-up for membership next year.

Well I was there with my daughter (a Swans member) and my sister and a friend (who are non members but were happy to shell out the $45 each). I also know that JF was there because I spoke to him before the game and after the game I congratulated him on a great effort behind the posts. I loved JF's comment that all the members that weren't there can get.....photographed hehehe.....Truly JF, you put in a big effort, as do others, and members like you are just gold.

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Yep, I reckon I know just about everybody who was at Pluggers' 1300th goal game. Including my uncle who swears he was there, but was actually at Coffs

                  OK.

I was at Pluggers 1300th (but didn't want to jump down five stories to run onto the ground) - I've got the Tshirt to prove it. (From memory you could only buy the Tshirt if you got the voucher from the game.) Pluggers signed it.

I was at the game last Saturday (proof is JF saw me).

I may as well keep going ... if the swans make the granny, I'll be there too (proof will be the picture of me drinking from the premiership cup!)
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I was there, as was my mum (her first AFL game in years).

Add Jacks, Benny and the Jets and Norris Lurker from the Sydney AFL board as well.

Breaks my heart to say I missed half the 1999 season with a seriously broken ankle. I missed the "After The Hail" game, the "Plugger's 1300" game, and I missed a game this year due to a slipped disk. That's it, since 1996. Ooh that's 12 years. am I a RF yet? 1996, round 2, Palm Sunday, best day of my life. I fell in love. Cheer squad outside tried to sell me ten more home games for half price. Bargain. Wish I had taken them up on it because I haven't voluntarily missed a game since.

You must have been desperate for some loving.

Freo took us to the cleaners that day after Adelaide had beaten us by 90 points in Rd 1.

Mind you, it was all uphill from there, you're lovin' worked wonders.

We need a separate "I was at ..." thread.

I was at Pluggers 1300th. I don't remember much of it though, as I was only 9. The only clear memory I have of it is the pitch invasion (which I wasn't allowed take part in! ). I don't even remember seeing the actual goal.

Was there. In the members, against the fence. He marked it about 20m away. Watched it float through for his 4th for the qtr. Done.

                                Let's move on.
