    Bird in for Ablett???

Bit of speculation about the traps that Brird will come in for Ablett (Here's hoping).....

    But will it actually happen?

Not whilst Roosy's arse still points to the ground and Noggy has premiership credits....

I don't think some people are giving Roosy enough credit. Remember, he has dropped Mathews for almost the entire year in favour of youth, and Ablett has been dropped earlier this year as well. I would be surprised, given what has now been said by Roos in the media, if Bird didn't run out tomorrow night.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

OK I will fess up it was me!

Whilst I agree that Bird should come in, not for Ablett.

LA might be a little out of form - Pressure game, he has the right type of experience and did some very good things last week.

On that basis it was a no.

Q Does Bird need experience A Yes

Where can he get it? by being played...

        OK I get it...!~

Who - an older player IMO.. maybe a tall?

Abletts shoulder is dodgey but they are going to give him until the last minute to prove his fitness. If i was a betting man(which i am) i would say with the track record of not playing injured players especially after what happened with Goodes that Craig will play. It was the same situation for him last week, he could have played but risked making it worse and missing the rest of the year if they progressed so they took the decision away from him and left him out, hopefully they do the same this week.
The edge is not the limit, It's just the starting point...

I watched NOG closely last week, and while he still gets caught with the ball acouple of times every week, he played a great defensive game. I would think he'll take Cooney tonight and worry and bump and hold him out of the game.NOG is one of those players who never looks as if he is dong a lot, but that coaches love. Cos he does as he's told, no matter how unspectacular it may be.

I'm a critic but was pleasantly suprised by Abletts game last week

Had 7 centre clearances and was good in the clinches. I would like to see Bird in but doubt it will happen

Yes I think against the Dogs we need the running players with a bit more speed. NOG is hard at the ball but if he is injured at al Roos will probably play Bird

Daz you're an hour behind the play.
