    gameday

Hey folks, it is midday and here I am in my office less than 5 min walk to the MCG, I'm looking out the window at the magificent venue as I type this... I can tell you it is extremely windy here in Melbourne today, sunny, no sign of rain but very very windy. Hopefully this dies down a bit before the game starts. If it doesnt though, who do you think it suits better and how much will it affect the game?

Yeh, very windy, but mild. Expecting 23.

Punt Rd tents went up yesterday, I think, must be a GF a-comin.

I reckon the wind will suit us better, might straighten up our shots!!

The Bulldogs game does rely on having very slick skills so anything that hampers that would be to the Swans' advantage. Wind may mean more stoppages which will clearly help us.

You're right about the gale, the roof and windows in our office have been rattling and humming all morning.

Is it too early to leave home yet? I've been on edge all afternoon. Had a meeting this morning and then went to the gym so that took my mind off it for a while.

I wish I could be there but since I can't 'cos I am in Sydney I expect the Melbourne supporters to cheer them on to a win. I am nervous as Bulldogs have been talking it up all day how it will be a wasted season if they lose.

The plan now is to just enjoy the game and cheer them on - hope they win though .

                              Go the Swans!!!
