Pretty sure ROK and Tadhg didn't need to be cleared. It was action by a Dog against them that was looked at. Can't recall the Welsh / LRT incident but that could well have been Welsh on LRT rather than the other way around.

Barry's was just trumped up crap to put the Swannies off side.
