    Scott West - should we?

    The man is a champion.

    If he makes himself available, and proves himself fit, should we make a play for him? His in and under style fits exactly what we claim to be looking for, and it doesnt look like there will be many offerings come draft time.

    Yes he is getting on in years, but so was Robert Harvey when he was 32, and he still gave plenty to the Saints for a few more seasons. In his 4 games this year he still averaged over 23 disposals, 3 marks and 3 tackles per game.

    Imagine Kirk and West running amok together. What an awesome sight that would be!

          I think Scotty West is an absolute champion and I was stunned when I heard he'd been dumped, but I really think we need to concentrate on youth.
          If we have to go for an old guy, while I hate to say it, Cousins would be far more value.

                      Assuming the questions is "should we pick him up as an assistant coach?".
                      I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
                      We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
