    2/10

Got more opportunity this year but failed to show us the hype of 2007. His stats haven't changed much with the big exception: tackles (0.9 in 2008 vs 4.0 in 2007).

The cheese was too soft in 2008, hopefully matures and hardens up in 2009 otherwise he will crumble under pressure...
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Very dissapointing indeed. He's soft and very slow for a midfielder. He won't make it in the midfield, the game is just too quick for him in that area of the ground. The only chance IMO he has of making it in the AFL is as a forward.

      Could be delisted though.

Needs to get the blood running in those(blue)veins of his a bit faster, otherwise cant see too many holes(swiss) in his game. If he doesnt improve in 09, he might be out on a platter....I'm so funny

The cavalier of cheese was on the nose this year - must lift or he'll be blue.

3 from me. Thought he had an unfortunate initial mind set of "I'm in the seniors and have got a good wrap in 2007 - I've made it". He hasn't - yet. But he could. Besides injury, this year may have been the year he needed to work out just how much work is involved in this game, and whether or not he wanted to put in. I think he will. He is a smart kid. We need his size and potential, he needs to get more focused between his ears to get himself into a position where "potential" is not the only thing he has got to offer.

              Waiting in anticipation.

I recall there was a story about after the Cup game in Tassie he copped a fair old pizzling from Brett Allison on the way home about his attitude.

May have been lucky not to have been delisted. Perhaps injury was his saving grace. Did he suffer from "big head syndrome"?

Defining season for him is 2009.

Three (3) - too much injury time and still needs to gain confidence with the big boys!!

He might have been soft (he wasn't in 2007, but he definitely was in 2008), but he isn't slow by any stretch. Wasn't it reported not long ago that he ran the quickest 100m in the side? And he showed that pace on the field.... sometimes. Other times, he just didn't seem bothered.

Personally, I want to see him play in a forward pocket, in a Gablett Snr type of role. It'd be nice if he played with a Gablett Snr level of ability as well, but I'd be happy with 2 goals a game.
