    Graeme Pash

I may have missed another post on here re this but this is unbelievably sad news. He was one of the great blokes and did an enormous amount for the club in its worst era, and then kept on going through one of its best.

Loved a laugh, loved a beer, and loved his Swans. One to be missed and mourned.

Wow. shocked to hear this. A true gentleman, who never had a bad word to say about anyone. He bled red and white.

I heard it on the radio this morning. I didn't know him, but the loss of any board member is going to be felt by a soprting club.

            No doubt, top fella.

I first came across Pashy pre Swans days. I was a 21yo pencilling on the Sydney rails in the late 70's and one punter my boss feared was Graham Pash.

He was deadly. Didn't punt as prolific as the Mark Read's, Dominic Beirne's of the time, but when he did, it was worth your while to get on with him.

When the Swans first came to Sydney, I'd often bump him in the SCG members and we'd have a laugh about my bosses phobia about him whilst downing a few bevvies talking about the previous days racing and that afternoons game.

Just a real good bloke, obviously not short of a quid but had as much time for the racing battlers as the royalty.

            RIP.
