And Cloke is one of their big men, too.

        The footage was laughable.

It's been said he may be sacked.

        In other news,

Carrazzo dislocates elbow, and Bombers Andrew Welsh breaks ankle.

          Setanta

          3AW Football

Watch the video and remember this is an INTRA Club match!

How would you feel if a Swan did this to one of his teammates?

Some people take the "boys will be boys", "white line fever", "it shows they're fair dinkum" approach but I'd be sickened if one of our boys did that to a teammate!

I know when you get over 40 competitive, testosterone charged males together they're all not going to be "best mates" but that's disturbing!

It's the first Setanta kick that has hit its intended target.

Sentanta's attack on Cloke was the most extraordinary thing I've ever seen in AFL. I can't believe that someone would assault a team mate like that. It was savage. Surely the only option for Carlton is to sack him.

Do you think they'll pay for his plane ticket back to Ireland?

Perhaps he's another Irish mummy's boy who wants to go home.

Kicking is one of the biggest dog acts in sport, not just football. And to do it in a pre-meditated fashion after Cloke was already knocked out by him makes it even worse.
O'hAilpin should be on the first plane back to Ireland, preferably in a cage in the cargo hold.
"It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.

                          He got four weeks.

                          O'Hailpin facing four match ban

The match review panel have also offered new Collingwood captain Nick Maxwell a three-match suspension for rough conduct against West Coast opponent Patrick McGinnity.

The incident during Saturday night's opening pre-season Cup match left McGinnity with a broken jaw but, unlike O'hAiplin, Maxwell can serve at least some of his penalty during the NAB Cup.
Three weeks for a broken jaw????

Can you get busted by the MRP for any training incident, or is it just because it was an intra-club match?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Because it was a intra-club match can come under mrp scrutinty, if it was just a club training, the discipline is up to the club.
