I seem to get them irregularly now- but last year got one every Thursday giving the details of the weekend's happenings etc.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Season proper hasn't actually started yet - so I'm surprised to get them at all. Once the season starts, as Wardy said, they arrive each Thursday without fail.
If you don't get the email, you can subscribe to it on the swans website.

Ditto. but I know I've been cast out - lost (ok, have foregone) membership after ten years and now we're off the e-mail list (which had been sporadic at best after continuous service). Since prospectuses were mailed, not an email or even a "why dintcha renew" call from the club. The love has truly gone!

Slight digression - have bought the superpass though - family ticket one bay around from where we sat for past years (now bay 146 v bay 101) at $45 per game (instead of $70 had we stuck with our membership). Will get to as many SCG games as we can, but family dos and kids soccer against the Saturday games will keep us away from some of them.

I got my first email for the year!! After I had complained I was missing out. Yay. Apparently my membership thingy will arrive close to kickoff. Just as well its in Melbourne. I would have been miffed if I had to hang out for a membership plastic for the week leading into our first home game! Oh the anxiety.

In theory you can subscribe from the webpage. I have now done that with three different email addresses and still no email updates to any of them. I still maintain there is a problem with their email distribution system but they seem disinclined to investigate any further than just checking that they have my correct email address.

I too have had difficulty but then had success in getting some investigation. Had my (state gov dep't) IT people check out that it wasn't getting caught in the webwasher thingy - no; not in my junk - no; did they have the correct email address - yes; could their email service provider investigate - they did and their system shows the email sent on 2 Feb at around 5pm hit my server, but then it disappeared.

Did this happen to anyone else? As advised by the club, there was an email sent to all subscribers on 2 Feb at around 5pm. Who got it? Perhaps more importantly, who didn't? Am happy to follow this up with the club if there is evidence of this being an issue for more than just a few.
