Didn't they use the same title for an article previously? For pretty much the same article?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
Looked better than White down the back imo on Sunday
Totaly agree. I dont think he is a champ down back and I reckon he'll get a few kicked on him, but at this stage if I had to chose between Grundy and White as a defender to play on a power forward, I'll take Grundy every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
You know it's not easy coming up with these quirky headlines...
Perhaps "Reg shows Y Fronts are better than backs"?
Brilliant!
Maybe add a paragraph about Hall at the end of it, with a subtitle of "Boxer's back in"?

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun. Blessedare the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
Is this the same guy that most people on RWO claimed to be too slow to be a key position backmen last year ?
Same guy.
I for one hope he improves, though jury still out for me.
Really hope Reg Gumby does make it though he been around a while and he really hasnt improved down back or up front.
I thought Grundy looked much more confident than last year, and definitely much bulkier. Comparing White and Grundy on Sunday as backmen, the former was as loose as could be, and certainly unable to show any speed in cutting off balls coming into Port forwards.
Assuming Playfair comes back to fitness, he seems the better prospect as a tall forward; with Barry out at the start of the season, and gone at least by next year, a fullback is the essential need.
I favour him trialing for the balance of practice matches to get some stability to the back 6 for Round 1.
