Swans jumper numbers?

I know R&WO has place where you can look up player jumper numbers, but is there a word/pdf document out there that lists every player who has worn each of the Swans jumper numbers? I know there is a pdf available somewhere on the Swans website that list players who have worn numbers 1-21, but I'm not sure how to easily access it. Nor can I find a similar document for numbers 22 and above. Does anyone know how to get to this document?
