Reserves vs Sydney AFL Development Squad

Does anyone know if the reserves are playing a practice game next weekend against the Rams? It's a fixture that's been played for the past couple of seasons but I haven't heard or read anything about it being on again this year.

I was wondering something similar myself as I'm keen to toddle along but I can't find anything about the Rams 2009 schedule anywhere.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Don't know about the RAMS but an AFL Sydney Development Representative squad will be playing against the Swans at the Bus Loop Oval on Saturday, 21 March 2009.

      Cheers

          Thanks for the info Justice.

Although you'd hope our reserves would be able to comfortably account for an SFL development squad, there should be quite the same physical mismatches as last year when they played against 17 year olds.

Am looking forward to another glimpse of players like Meredith and Murphy. And hopefully first sightings of Johnston and Gilchrist.

It's the oval just outside the SCG on Driver Avenue, where all the buses pick up/drop off passengers on game day (hence the name).

To go to Bus Stop Oval? I would say on Robertson Rd just past Fox Studios - 4hr parking by Moore Park and then about a 5-10min walk to the Oval.

                    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

It's absolutely bucketing down with rain here in the North-West. Can anyone closer to the SCG tell me what the weather is like over there?

Not raining at the moment here in Easturn Suburbs land and not evident that it's going to soon - though things can change in a hurry. Basically blue sky but punctuated with thick (white) fluffy cloud.

Edit - I've just had a another look out of the window and some of the clouds do have an ominous grey tinge to them.
