    Interstate Games

So I am traveling to Adelaide later this year and it happens that the Swans v Adelaide game is on that weekend, so my question is, what is the best way to get tickets for AAMI Stadium (the game date is Saturday 27 June ). I know it is early but just getting everything lined up

Buy through the Club as you will be sitting with other Swans fans. The SA Swans supporters have had this option for the past couple of years. There is nothing worse than sitting with Crows fans at AAMI (not all Crows fans are bad, but many of them make it a miserable experience regardless of the result). Otherwise, I usually book through Bass if I don't get tickets from the Swans (well, previous years I have). You can buy at the gate, but Crows fans are better at turning up than Power fans (so less gate tickets are available and the seats are worse than if you book).
There is also often a pre-match function for SA Swans supporters near-by (although a couple of years ago "near-by" wasn't too near) and it has previously cost about $10 for non-members to get in (finger food provided and usually a guest presenter). Easiest to catch a bus out to AAMI stadium as parking is horrible and expensive. I think pre-bought tickets might entitle you to a bus trip to and from the stadium... but don't quite me on that.
So try calling the club for tickets first I reckon. Gook luck.

Mate, I'm going over as I normally do for away matches. The key is simple. Wait till about 1 month before the event (keeping monitoring the club website for further info) & when the tickets because available, just buy them on the club website or call the club's membership department.

We have over 120 members in SA & I'm proud to say had over 1000 supporters against Port Adelaide thanks to the brilliant efforts of the club's Melbourne office at establishing membership & fan bases in every state. We had under 20 fans in Adelaide at away games only 4 years ago, so the club can't be thanked enough for efforts they have put it, that have been returned with staggering results!

Everyone meets at the West Lakes International at the pre-match function & then we all go over to the ground to get the banner under way.

If you see us over in Adelaide, come & say hi. Or even better, grab a flag & get into it!

I'm off to Adelaide for the game at AAMI this year with my Richmond partner. I'll keep an eye out for news of tickets on the Club's website.
