The saints injuries mean if we can be efficient with our disposal and hit Hall and White/Grundy within range regularly we can win this.

The Capital City Crustacean curse strikes again.

        I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Well, traditionally we lose the first few ... but I'm a little more optimistic than that. A small win.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

they only have to win by a point to take home the choccies, but I hope that it is a better spectacle this time round unlike previous years. I hope now that Baz has his women, anger & fitness troubles all sorted he will have a blinder. Swans by 1
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

I have no confidence when the Swans play at Docklands, though I think we match up well against the Saints and it should be another close one.

Can the standard get lower than the slugfest last season.

I'm always an optimist in the first round. At least until the second quarter.

The Swans, even though it's at the Docklands and even though it's the Saints' turn to win.

Loss by 20-39. Big injury list, bad record at the ground, reasonable opponent - not a promising start to the season.

Big injury list? O'Loughlin and Leo are the only two I can think of that would come straight back in.

This game is going to be dreadful to watch!

                              Hopefully it's a good result.

I'll be there..even bought reserved tickets this time as I was up inthe gods last time against Collingwood and I don't think Roosy was able to hear my instructions.

I'll be barracking my heart out but I think it will be a loss.
