    Pathetic on and off field

I have been a member since 1982 and I am having a whinge
.I paid my membership in November and made no changes.I am stll waiting for my tickets. The snooty wackers who answer the enquiry are insulting and are totally unhelpful.
.We pay a crapload for these seats and are entitled to better service.
.I don't want to go to Homebush. It's a crap place to watch Footy and the atmosphere is zero.
.The SCG is brilliant to watch the game and I want games played here and at 2.10 starting on saturdays and sundays.
(To give up Homebush, I would have had to change SCG seats!! WHY?)
.Roos has passed his use-by date.To extend his contract was a disgrace. He is the most boring 'leader' that God ever put on earth. He has no passion, his interviews are as revealing as a block of concrete and his 'coaching' is out moded and unimaginative(like him)
.The 'kick-in' performance is just sad. What strategy is this? Just bloody once, do it quick and fool us all.Just once Roos!! No,not the kick to the pocket again and then all players to look quizzical on the next move.NO,NEVER AGAIN.
.I am seriosly peeved and I don't blame the players. There was greater enjoyment when the crowd was 1,345 and we lost by 50. At least the coach cried with us and the players, well, they counted their money.
Anyway,Ive got that off my chest.
    BUT,WTF are my tickets????

i must admit, the slow kick ins are starting to drive me nuts too. I am sure that ever sincce the rule came in that you are able to kick in quickley, we have not done it once.

Roos disagreed with the rule change and is a very stubborn man.

          Very droll, minister.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

What, not satisfied with 6 finals series in a row? Hell, if Roos was any good we'd have won 6 flags in that time, surely ... it must be a breeze this coaching caper. Half the people on this forum obviously know the game, the players, the opposition better than a panel of blokes who have played a zillion games between them. Hell, I reckon clubs (especially the Swans) must be wasting a fortune getting these ex-players when any half-wit in the stands can do a better job. Why doesn't RWO set up a roster and we can all take turns in the coaches' box! Then the team would take it "coast to coast" with every kick out, kids straight out of the under age comps together with blokes who can't get a kick in the ressies would just annihilate other AFL teams and we could get rid of these duds who are playing in the seniors now. Certainly we'd get to be more successful than merely making the finals every year and averaging a grand final in every three years! I agree, how the hell could think of extending the contract of a bloke with such a pathetic record.

                  Yeah.

FFS ... it's only Round 1 and we traditionally start "slow".
                  Leave Roosey alone.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Why do people feel the need to mention how long they've been a member? If you're a passionate supporter of your club, you're a member.

Totally agree. Over the years Roosy has made an ordinary list look good and a good list great (ie. flag in '05, a point from another in '06). If Wallace was coach of the same list during Roos' time, I suggest we would have been lucky to make the eight on the odd occasion.

Although, the Roos man has to stop persisting with the Crouch's & Buchanan's and bring in additional youngsters who have been biding their time in the Ressies for the last 2-3 seasons !!
