Thanks GS14, I got an invite to that when my tickets arrived from the Melbourne office today Not sure if I'll make the lunch but at least I have my options!

I managed to get decent prices for airfares so heading down to Perth on Wednesday with the little ones. Hubby is also in town so the father-in-law (dedicated Swans man and all round good bloke!!) and I are heading to the lunch and the game.

Couldn't get tickets with the Swans members so we'll be sitting in block 138 which is to the left of the point post at the city end. Probably surrounded by purple so shouldn't be too hard to spot us in our red and white. (I'll be the short one with glasses!! )

Hope to meet any RWOers and GO SWANS!!

I'm heading over for the game too, leaving in a couple of hours, with some days in Margaret River planned. Will be my first ever time to Subiaco, though I did go and see a game at the WACA so many years ago it is scary.

Hey,
I will be taking my 11 year old son to the Swans Freo game...could anyone help with how to organise to be on the bus from the Italian club and tickets so I sit with other Swans supporters? I did have the contact details for the WA supporters club but can't seem to find it, and I know I can buy tickets when they go on sale to the public 2 weeks prior but it would be great to find out what areas Swans supporters sit so I can purchase in that area, or if tickets were available through the cheer squad etc.
Last Swans v's Freo game 2009 we ended up near the Freo cheer squad and we had to leave early due to poor language and drunk fans...It was horrible. (I did see at that game there were many Swans in the city end 2 tier stand. Alcohol free zone?) We were really lucky for the finals of 2005 & 2006 to be sitting with the cheer squad behind goals, being contacted by the club and sold spare cheer squad tickets. It was awesome!
We only get to go to one game a season so I really want to make the day a good one for my son. We also head back to the Italian Club afterwards, which has been great for my some for photos and autographs with some of his fave players. Much easier to leave your car here and be on the bus.

Planning on making the trip? The Club has a limited allocation of tickets available for purchase from Thursday July 8th until July 22nd (unless sold out).

Due to the demand of these tickets, there will be a purchase limit of two per membership.

This event registration allows Sydney Swans members to purchase tickets from the allocation receieved. To proceed you are required to log in with your user name and password.

Each member is entitled to a maximum of two tickets per transaction and each booking will include a $5.00 booking fee.

All tickets are allocated in bays 340 and 341 of Subiaco Oval. The cheersqaud is located in bay 141. Your tickets will be posted to you prior to the match.

Cheersquad seating is only available to members of the Sydney Swans cheersquad, this will be verified on checkout.
