    Pav for Sydney

Pavlich the union delegate speaks out for player free agency. Is this is signal that he is definitely on the move? Is Sydeny financially the best club positioned to make an offer to snap him up? He is the player we need in the post-Hall, MOL era. Is Dick awake? Dick get off your arse and get the contract drawn and get him over here.

I wonder if Pav would work in the same forward 50 as ROK...

I highly doubt he'll come to Sydney, but anything can happen.

The only place Pav is certain to go to is court. He is the union delegate, wants to leave the chain and anchor, will command a huge contract and is clearly in the last line of the article putting the Sun King on notice that he will use the Trade Practices Act restraint of trade provisions to get a club of his choice. Its going to be the highest bidder. That should be us if Dick gets off his arse and starts the wheels in motion.

Whether he comes to us or not we will probably be first cab off the rank on th rumour mill, as usual.

Played pretty well in the midfield/half forward today, could easily replace ROK's role in the side.
