Max Rooke has been doing a lot up forward for the cats lately, and been doing it quite well. I'm sure Bomber Thompson will tag Goodes with someone though, I doubt he is going to let him run free all afternnon.

If Goodes plays like he did against Richmond, he wont be giving Thompson too many sleepless nights. I reckon I could tag him at the moment. Just run around behind him and wait for the fumble for half the game , go missing for another half and have him indersperse that with a few good things that I nor anyone else could stop anyway.

Trade, and then just pick him up in three weeks time when he is fit. Won't incease in value.

This will be only my second trade for the season and it was a toss up for either Bartel or Dane Swan. I went for Bartel as the Cats are playing such a high posession game at present that they are all getting plenty of football.

Have big bucks invested in Goodes at present and not sure if I will trade him for a Dane Swan as I have the cash. But Goodes traditionally has great games against Geelong and at SS.
