What's with all the negativity? And what's the the silly comments about rocket science's relationship to having skilled, hard working footballers? We knew the players we went into the game with. They haven't done any worse than you would expect them to. In fact, given it usually takes them a quarter to turn up, they've actually exceeded any reasonable expectation you should have of them.
Some silly mistakes (not unexpected) that have cost the team, but they're actually playing better then they usually do.
I can't say I expected the swans to win. I can't say that I wished we weren't 4 goals down. I can say that I'm happy we're only 4 goals down with half to play. I look forward to the second half and hope that they continue to make me feel happy about them. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if they make me angry in the next hour of footy, but I wouldn't try to claim that it was unexpected.
