He's gone a boney ass, so how can he have a buttock injury?

He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball) -
His lower back/upper buttock was being rubbed/worked on in the last quarter when he went off.
Added to that the fact the hamstring wasn't iced up I doubt if it was a 'traditional' hamstring injury we see week in, week out.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment

Has anyone seen Pyke play in the backline defending? Maybe in the 2's? For some reason I have a good feeling about this without ever seeing him play in that position. Can you tell me how he would defend differently to LRT for instance? Questions questions I know but IMO I think we need a unexpected and unpredictable change back there.Comment

I'd love to see the moose playing down there another tall in the backline would be a huge lift. He just doesn't know the game well enuf yet and probably should stay in the ruck til he gets a footy brain and some serious fitness going. Amazing how all the LRT baggers have disappeared. All last year, blah blah blah LRT no good this that, shut the @@@@ up, let the man play
