I set the DVD recorder to start at the ADVERTISED TIME of 7.30pm. The ADVERTISED TIME said the game would finish at 11.00pm, so I set the time to end taping 20mins past 11, just to make sure.

The bastards showed a Simpson's episode at 7.30, and as a result, my recording stopped with three minutes to go.

Ch10, you're going to get an abusive email from me later today.

If someone loves me out there, can you send me a copy of the game on DVD?

I got home from the game around 11:15 and the missus had watched everything and was making a cuppa.

No problems Annie. I recorded at 7.30 and got it all - so.... However I also have a lovely friend who gets the Foxtel replay for me, no ads, and extended bits in between. They will be showing it on Wednesday and I should get a copy by Thursday. Happy to dub one for you. Will be in the Noble Stand on Sunday or could post.

I had to reset the time recently, so the time is OK. Although I will check it again just to make sure.
I haven't done a rescan in ages. I'll rescan the machine and see what I get.
