The likely 'out' looks like being Meredith, probably for Malceski.

Gee Malceski plays one good game in the ressies and he is back in. Laidlaw has played 4 in a row and he isn't in the 25 man squad.

Yes, must be very frustrating for him.
I would love to see him given a good run in seniors to see what he is truly capable of. He has always been a favourite of mine.

Good to see LRT named. (never thought i'd say that with such conviction!)

If Malceski and Crouch play we will have more passengers than a Melbourne train.

With all the football Laidlaw has missed over the last 3 years he really needs an extended run in the reserves before being considered for senior selection.

Encouraging that he has put together 4 in a row and I have never doubted he can play when he gets on the park but give him a good 10 weeks of back to back football at reserves level before senior seleciton so when he does come in, he has been every chance to cement a spot.

Malceski should stay in the reserves for one more week. We're rewarding once off performances against whitches hats now?

The witches' hats have been beating Sydney's reserves quite regularly this season.

Malceski jolted out of second gear - RFNews - realfooty.com.au

Roos say Mal 95% chance to come in. Sounds more likely than Crouch, although this is the same coach who said early last week that Mal was unlikely to be dropped

Hopefully Malceski contributes if he's selected.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Malceski in for Meredith (who looks like he needs a spell) seems likely.

Unlikely they will both play. Malceski and White's selection will depend on the weather. If its dry Malceski in particular is in. If its wet Crouch to get the nod. Malceski would be completely useless in a mud wrestle. White will be used to double team Tradders if its dry. If its wet Tredders may as well stay home in the Sleepy Hollow as he is stiffer than a double scotch and bends like a constipated geriatric when the sherrin hits the turf. O f course the Bevanator is a man for all seasons.

Mal was supposedly put back to get a bit of confidence, he ran amuck in the twos, did exactly what was (I imagine) asked of him and proved that he was hungry to play.

It sounds like he found some form, and - when in form - he is comfortably inside our best 22.

With a chance to edge our way back into the eight with a positive win-loss record, I believe he's the perfect man to come back into this side.

Hope he gets his chance and proves all the doubters wrong.

If I could be bothered it would be an interesting exercise (well, interesting might be overstating it) to trawl back through and see how many who are down on Malceski were also slagging off LRT a few weeks ago..... and calling for O'Keefe's head before that.

And they say Tigers supporters eat their own...
