          Poor little munchkin.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Meredith and Vezpremi seem to be doomed not to play in the same team at the same time....a bit like Riewoldt and Kositche at one stage.

He'll be right. It will give him a chance to gain some MUCH NEEDED fitness (a problem a lot of our players seem to have when they arrive at the club; perhaps Roos and Maxfield realise that they can take super-talented players with poor fitness later in the draft, and work on their fitness in the next couple of years).

Anyway, as promising as Meredith looked (I'm really excited about him, I think his skills and composure are something we desperately need), he wasn't in our best 22, at least for this year (with other players to come back), so in terms of the quality of our best team, it isn't much of a blow. Still, you gotta feel for the kid.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

Shame - It'll hurt his development alot. Probably won't make it back in the team this year.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

Gutted. Could of used the 2nd half of this year to build on his promising start.

might get a couple of games. Gotta feel for him. Great player. DAMN U ROOS. Anyway Vespa is back this week prob for reserves though could fit straight in depending on how Roos is feeling. Also B. Murphy is back in 3 weeks so he might get some reserves game time and then maybe a debut.

                            Roos broke the kid's arm!?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Brett Alison was asked about Vez and when we would see him again at the after match on Sunday. He said that as he has missed so much footy this year, he would need at least 3 weeks in the ressies to get his match fitness up and be ready for senior selection.
