    Kirky's celebration run

We are all pretty flat at present and getting pretty acrimonious, so I thought I would start this thread because I want to have a smile

Can anyone out there remember which game it was where Kirky does his well known wide open happy face run with fists and arms pumping obviously celebrating I think a goal? Its such an iconic vision and playing at present to advertise the colly game coming up. Always brings a smile to my face.

It could actually be the image of his premature celebration when he thought (and we thought....but the goal ump did not) he kicked the winning goal over thr Roos at Telstra Dome last year. However, the ump said touched on the line and it was a draw.
    Swannies for life!

Yes it was that one. He did a similar celebration on Sunday when he kicked his goal.

Great, thanks Primmy for bringing up another horrid moment for the club. Think I'll just go & slash my wrists now...

With great respect and a sense of nya nya, I was there and we beat them. There was almost noone at that game. It was brilliant. So it was a GREAT moment! Except for the fact the goal wasn't a goal in the eyes of some, except those wearing red and white. I wuz there and it wuz a goal!

Refrain from wrist slashing for the time being. As Kirky once said to a friend of mine with a quizzical look on his face, Ken! NEVER give up on us!

You must have been looking at the same scoreboard as Brent Harvey and Brady Rawlings.

As Schaubs once said to a friend of mine with a sultry look on his face, gimme some sugar, baby!

Okay, maybe that wasn't a friend... and maybe it was my Schaubs sock puppet, and not actually Schaubs... either way, SCORE!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

But Kirky's run you refer to was at Colonial/Docklands/Telstra/Etihad in the draw/19th man game.

As for Nicksy, you'll have to fight my missus for him.

I wonder if Kirky will do a nudie run at his milestone.

Oh. THAT game. Don't mention the war.

As for Nicksy, I have been fighting off all the girls as well. Hasn't done me a bit of good. Perhaps the white hair has put him off?
