In partial answer to the original question on page 1, BAM BAM is still around. She and I are good buddies (I sit behind her at the footy) and I know she's as fired up for the season as usual. Not sure why she doesn't visit these boards any more, but it wouldn't be my place to say even if I knew.

Yes. I only ever spoke to him on the phone and I'm guessing he was in his 30's or 40's.
