    Uh oh!

    Reports:

Barry Hall (Sydney Swans) for striking Ben Rutten (Adelaide),

Jesse White (Sydney Swans) for rough conduct on Bernie Vince (Adelaide),

Heath Grundy (Sydney Swans) for poking Nathan Bock (Adelaide) in the eye.

Last two will be thrown out. Nothing in either of them. Grundy didn't even get Bock in the eye, he tapped him on the back of the head. Bock probably got some grass in his eye or something which is why he was struggling with it. The White one was nothing, wasn't late, wasn't rough.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

On the brighter side Pyke should get a game for Bazza

If Reg did poke that grub in the eye he should get a medal.

White's probably due for a run in Canberra anyway. He's had little impact in the last few games.

Bazza, 4 weeks I reckon. On his record nothing for an early plea. Bloody goose. Don't know that there is much goin' on up top. Pity really because he is a very good footballer.

The way I saw it, it was an instinctual reaction to being elbowed in the chest by Rutten.

Would it be as harsh as four weeks? It mightn't look good, and his record is woeful but, there was no damage done and the two players seemed to have a chuckle about it after the game. No wonder he's only played 250 games: how many has he missed through suspension? He's one player who should have been able to get to 300.

Other players would remonstrate and grab his jumper. Not our Bazza though, he has to take the dumb arsed way of settling things right in front of the umpire. He cost us the game against Hawthorn and possibly today. Deserves nothing less than 4 weeks. 1 week for the hit and 3 weeks for sheer stupidity.

What that must have done to the morale of the team. He is definitely not a team player. I wonder if he will take a sabatical to Fiji this time.

If he does canhe please bring back a Natanui for us please. Bothmy daughters are now in love with him...and I cannot drag myself away from the box just in case he gets near the ball. That is what you call a turnstile turner.

I've had an absolute gutfull. Nick Davis was always punished for his "undisciplined" acts by the leadership group. Virtually banished from the senior side or isolated when brought back in.

Barry Hall has continued to show his patheticly stupid undisciplined behaviour, yet is always welcomed back and forgiven. Well, this time, @@@@ off.

Wish we had a Natanui - he made tonight's game so exciting. And I was barracking for the Eagles! That wouldn't have happened a couple of years ago, but I have taken a dislike to Hawthorn.

Hall has been suspended a total of 21 matches from 7 guilty verdicts at the tribunal. He has been cleared on 5 occassions. If he were to play on next year you can make the claim that he missed 300 through suspension, but not now. 250 + 21 = 271.

His record is for all to see, along with every other player, on the AFL Statistics page, Tribunal Section, and has been attached to this post in a *.txt file.

I don't think he cost us the game this week. The Crows were just too good in the second half. Hally did some good things too. Presented well in the first half and chased and tackled. He certainly wasn't the worst of the forwards.
