Another good performance from Reg. Just keeps stringing them together.

Don't say that the Swans selectors and the head coach have fluked it again. It was bad enough that they let that untalented McVeigh run around long enough that he's learned the game but now it's happened to Reg, too. Play the kids, for god's sake.Comment

I gave Reg a few sprays on this site earlier in the season as I seriously doubted his ability, skill or pace and I am glad to say that he is one player that has made me eat my words over the past few weeks.
His performance on Saturday against the Saints was very good. Was alot surer with his hands, kicked well and he is now a one grab mark.
Keep it up Reg.Comment

Perhaps he is doing a Ben Rutten. Went from struggling forward up to 05 i think. Craig comes in and puts him straight to Full Back and became an absolute revelation.

Jeffers are you posting a lot more lately or is it just me noticing your posts more?
Top marks to skiddy. Have seen him growing into a Bowdenesque role for the past 8 weeks or so. Possibly a bit undersized, but good reader of the ball and composure with his disposal. He ate more cheese, than time allowedComment

Reg came into AFL unwanted in the draft with the reputation of having good hands but being too slow. His decision -making was also suspect in that he was too slow to move the ball on. I couldn't see him surviving AFL but in 2008 and most of this season he has improved his pace and grown in confidence. He now makes better and quicker decisions. The fact that he has been used as the loose man in the backline is testimony to this. He is durable and is rarely injured. I think he has stepped up and iwill be a permanent fixture in our tea. Well done to him.Comment
