Have you replied to Richard's letter yet?

Just curious. Have any of you put your excellent thoughts to paper/computer as requested by Richard Colless? I have of course, couldn't wait. The website is working but be careful which button you press, I got excited and hit the wrong one, meaning I had to start all over again. But I got to say what I thought has been happening to the club and the members of the club over the last few years.

    So, anyone else?

We've actually started to make a list of general issues/concerns to send to him.

Various club politics aside, our number one issue is that as residents of the Bay formerly known as Bay Hatley at the SCG we now have a significantly obstructed view (we actually miss pretty much an entire pocket of the ground at the city end) due to the moving of the interchange bench (which they had to do anyway). We like our seats, we can kind of live with it but for some reason they didn't opt to either reduce the cost of our membership (just based on the number of SCG games) or at the very worst not increase the cost as they did with the other memberships. That absolutely smacks of either not caring in the slightest about members (as I said, they had to move it and we can live with it- but to then have to still pay an increase?), or just complete incompetence in the front office (surely the subject must have come up?).
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
