I was miserable for Kirky on his 300th.
So long as we win on Mickeys 300th and his last game I'll be happy.

I can't believe someone has actually said he/she hopes we lose this week.

I can see where he's coming from
I'll never advocate tanking I just think we should be playing even more youngsters.
Since we're struggling to beat anyone in the eight we should be given unproven players a go instead of backing in the proven failures.

if he plays every game, who do we play on his 300th and at which ground?

Finals I hope. Just because you don't have a pick inside the top 10 it doesn't mean you can't draft a couple of guns.

I would prefer to be in the finals whilst at the same time playing the younger players so that they gain experience and game time. Another positive I believe is that as we are playing most of the top teams in the next 8 weeks this will give our new players better experience than if we were playing the bottom teams and if we get into the final 8 we have done so by playing the better teams. What will be will be but we will make the finals if we win enough games as there are may of the current 8 teams playing each other and we play enough of them to be masters of our own destiny!

Agree with the sentiments of most here.
If a finals position is achieved it means most of the young players will have come on as they play - still a big ask for this year.
Never underestimate what its like to see 1 finals match in 20 years of support !
The club must have a winning culture - anything else is a road to oblivion..

Spot on. Outside the top three or four picks each year, the rest of the top twenty fluctuate wildly depending on the needs of each club, so our virtual lock on a spot between 7 and 11 means very little draft wise.

I think that's the key. It is not as if the Swans will finish bottom 4 this year. The difference between draft pick number 7 and draft pick number 11 is minimum.
