The new Greg Stafford is . . .

    Malceski.

    What an imposter.

There, I called it. I have no idea why he is not being played in the position where he made his name, but regardless - right now, he is softer than Barlow and contributing as little as Ablett.

A fair sledge but deserved. I have no idea what he contributes. My bookshelf has more to offer at the moment.

Ah but he was. Started in defence on Dyson but came on and off the bench too frequently to attain any fluency or rhythm

Just watching the highlights, and it looked like Eski was playing back on Dyson in the last quarter as well with Mattner playing further up the ground. In fact during the breaks it seemed Mattner was with the midfield group, which may be a sign that a spot down back has opened up for Eski again. Small steps I guess.

Luffy on MMM gave him 3 votes for worse on ground today.

        Ablett wasn't far behind.

I would have done it the other way.
          Ablett was worse.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

            Ouch.

You know you're out of favour when you're being compared to Stafford.

The spot that opened up for him is in the reserves. Doesn't compete. One of the names to be traded or cut next season.
