    I feel sick.

We just gave it to them early in this last quarter and they just ran away with it. We are just incapable of playing for four quarters. Brilliant first half then went to sleep after half time.
    This is embarrasing

I may have jinxed them. I don't normally drink beer while watching football, but I had a couple during the second half.

Only bright points- Jesse White was great up forward.
    Hanneberry - reassonable 1st game

    Goodbye 2009.
    Bring on 2010.

Anyone going to thed HoF dinner, have a great night.
    Wish I could be there.
    Red & White forever.

Never before, have so few, done so little, for so many.
I might have a slight drinking problem. My husband asked me to toast some bread for him...so I raised my wine glass and said "Here's to bread!"

            An absolutely disgraceful performance.

Same old story. 30 touches for O'Keefe, McVeigh and Shaw, a stack of hit-outs from Jolly, huge tackle count (14 to O'Keefe!) but no support and a lack of one-on-one defending.

After our first 3 quarters, we didn't deserve to cop that smashing. HAVE SOME PRIDE BOYS!!!! Play out the bloody game. How can you make Carlton look good???

Where's that bloke who loves Beaven...his games last week & this were a complete embarrassment. Pretty...somewhat brave...but just can't play the game that is required today. Goodes is great on his day...but will never be rated a great champion IMO because he he is too often lazy in marking & disposal. Judd would never be guilty of that. ROK was great.
We almost had them today until Barlow had 2 brain fades in a couple of minutes...White looked great...MOL tried hard but his loss of kicking power is wasting us ops...Mattner...a couple of nice tackles but nuff said...the dainty left footer at the end summed it up.
Generally our skill level remains woeful...how many smothers against us? Ablett just holding someone back...McVeigh tried hard...Jack energy / G&D but disposal will not allow him to be a real star.

Gone so very quiet on here....but what can we say?....from almost joy to 25 minutes of misery and shame.....super disappointing turnaround....

Injury concerns for Veszpremi and Richards.

With regards to Vesz did it look like a back injury? Seemed to really struggle running after that hit.

Surely that is the last we'll see of Luke Ablett? Had a real M.S.U which cost us a goal at an important time when his kick was smothered off the mark.

Hannebery needs more games to get use to the pace but i think he'll be going back to school.

Bevan was a complete waste of space again. Even playing forward he did more harm than good. Shown a clean set of heels by Yarran.

Jesse and Nick Smith the only real positives to come out of this. ROK still pushing for a late call up in the AA squad....but yeah not a great feeling atm.

didn't see the game, recorded on foxtel IQ, but i wouldn't be concerned about hannerbury being lost, considering he still lives in Vic.

Barlow trade him, if reports of his brain fades are correct.

15 goals to 2 when the match was in the balance. Mmmm....what can you say other than that is (at least) the 3rd time this year Saints, Bulldogs too where that has happened. Probably some other games as well (more than 10 goal turnaround in a couple of quarters).....didn't think that was possible with the Swans.. Shows how short my memory is. 100 points to 20 in the second half after we lead at half time. How is that possible???

Am a little excited about the future. I'm happy to retire Ablett, Bevan, Crouch and Richards....no second thoughts at all.

I'd let Mattner go as well....but I don't think I'd have much support.

                                Love the Swannies whatever happens
