Don't know who will be in or out this week, but I'll tell you what I am going to do, I'm going to put a quiet $20 on Jesse White being the highest goalkicker for the round, can't see any Demons defender that will stop him from kicking a bag. Should get decent odds too.

OUT: Ablett, Bevan, Richards, Hannebery (would like to seem him play again but I doubt it).

Amon has had 88 possessions and kicked 7 goals in the last two weeks. You can't ask any more than that. In: Buchanan.

Fair point. You'd have to think he or Moore will come in this week.

Usually we have a pretty good idea of who's going to come in but I'll have to say this week I'm not sure at all. They could bring in hardened seniors like Buchanan, Moore and Crouch in a bid to go for the win, or play less experienced players like MOD and Pyke in order to test them out. Will be very interesting team sheet tonight.

Roos has intimated that he will be keeping a balance between experienced and inexperienced players.

Out : Richards, Hannabery, Ablett, Bevan

more hannebery would be good to see, but the kid's back at school now, so hopefully we'll see him again against richmond and collingwood.

i read somewhere this morning that murphy will be looking at a spot in the seniors in a couple of weeks, but not this week.

He has, though I reckon we were one "young player" short of quota last week, given the late replacement of a youngster (Pyke) with an oldie.

Also, this is one week where it might make sense to go in slightly overweight youngsters - firstly because the reserves have a bye, but also because we are playing Melbourne, who themselves have a high number of youngish players, and we should therefore be competitive with a relatively high concentration of youngsters.

In contrast, the games coming up against the Saints and Cats are arguably ones to go into slightly underweight in youngsters. Although we have next to no chance of winning those games, the younger players who do get to play will get far more out of it if they are at least part of a reasonably competitive outfit, as opposed to one that gets completely overrun from the start.

If Richards & Hannebery go out and 2 others I would agree that Buchanan and O'Dwyer should get some reward for their efforts in the Reserves, and probably Pyke in for ruck but I would love to see Schmidt get a game and also see a bit more of Thornton - 5 in 4 out!
