    Kirk Considering Future....

I am really hoping this story is just the usual column filler. The thought of Kirky hanging up the boots right now would be devastating!

Would be a sad day, but It wouldn't surprise me if he hung up the boots.
            He's about due really.

Kirky is a bloke who will always put the club before himself. Maybe he knows we are in a transitional phase and doesn't want to keep a young player out of the side. He may also want to finish up at the same time as Micky O.

While Kirk has earn't the right to hang up his boots whenever he wants too, it will be the exact opposite.

The club and team need him desperately to go on another year to provide on field leadership in what will definately be a much younger side next year.

Live in the present Kirky. The future is overrated.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him cut himself loose. No shame for him either. Greatest servant, loyallest club-man. Been a pleasure to watch his whole career. Sad to see him go if that's his choice.

Put him in an assistant coach role as soon as he decides to hang up his boots.

With what Kirk has achieved and brought to the club, whenever he decides to retire many clubs would jump at the chance for his services to help develop thier list

He's had a few off games this season, but he's still been better than most. He also seems to contribute so much as a leader and a clubman that it would be quite devastating to see him go, particularly in a year where we're already losing several icons.
