ROK will be lining up for the Oscars. Was trying for a free big time.

        Yeah I was.
No reason why he shouldn't play on.
He got frustrated, gave Ryan a tap, probably cop one or two, then play finals.

          Agreed!

It will be interesting to see if anything comes of it. Mooney is another one of those players who can't hide his emotions.

My fondest memory of the petulant mug is seeing him with tears in his eyes after Nick Davis' MASSIVE quarter in 05. Out of Leo's mark before the final siren, O'loughlin giving it to the West Coast fans after goaling, or this moment...I just can't pick a favourite.

                  4 weeks for the hit.

Another 8 because it was ROK.

This is unbelievable (from the HUN - http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/spo...-19742,00.html )

Contact between Geelong?s Cameron Mooney and the Sydney Swans? Ryan O?Keefe from the third quarter of Saturday night?s match was assessed. The impact was below that required to constitute a reportable offence.

Go figure. With his record too.

So Barry Hall, with no contact, was reported (and quite rightly). But Mooney, who actually did make contact, apparently didn't make enough contact. I accept that Hall should have gotten a week for the Wakelin incident, it was stupid, and the intent was there. But to then turn around and say a minimum level of contact is required is absolute bull@@@@.

Mooney has been receiving counselling, so he will probably clock someone else b4 the Grannie and be out for the Big One.

have a look at some of the shenanigans in the Collingwood Richmond game - the way Lockyer took out King was a doozy - if it was Hall - he would have been hung out to dry by the media, club and the tribunal. But I guess its different rules for different people.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

It truely is amazing to see just how much this guy gets away with. I remember watching the Geelong vs essendon game earlier this year, he took a mark on the wing and on his follow through, decided to stick out the elbow and collect an Essendon's player jaw(cant remember who), this bombers player just stands there and holds his jaw after being hit and the umpire pings him for a 50 metre penalty(essendon player) for not moving out of the area after Mooney had taken a mark. I was just sitting there in front of the telly gobsmacked.

Whenever I get annoyed with Mooney I just think back to him blubbering like a baby on the SCG in '05 after the siren...

That is one image I'll carry with me for a very long time.
