Match review panel is a joke

Just read that "Contact between Geelong?s Cameron Mooney and the Sydney Swans? Ryan O?Keefe from the third quarter of Saturday night?s match was assessed. The impact was below that required to constitute a reportable offence."

I don't have a vendetta against Mooney, but I feel that the treatment that Barry Hall received for his tap to Ben Rutten in relation to the Mooney tap was disgraceful. Barry deserved his suspension for stupidity not for the force of his jab.

If the match review gave Barry 2 weeks for his tap, where is the consistency in assessing Mooney's offence given that Mooney also has a history with suspensions. Was Barry victimised?

I think ROK's reaction made it seem not as bad as it was. It sent him backwards and made him grab for his jaw - then he did his little acting bit, which made it comical.

If he didn't throw his head back would have looked much worse.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

If Hall was Mooney and Didak and if the AFL didn't have it in for him...

Yep. He was mostly guilty of being Barry Hall.
