I, for one, have been really excited about the new team as an opportunity to see more live footy. Having lived in Melbourne for a few years, I loved the chance to be able to see a game every weekend if I wanted. Even 3 games if I was feeling like a footy tragic.
The possibility of a real rivalry during the dedicated rivarly round is something I look forward to. I'm happy to read that the Swans are acknowledging it is worth exploiting.
In fact, I fully intend buying a membership of Western Sydney, so I can sit in the midst of them in my red and white during our big Harbour City Derby.
