On a side note a lot of jokes could be made about the gaelic name of Tadhg's home ground in Listowel (the anglicised spelling is Sheehy so if you happen to know any Sheehys...)

And the gaelic version of Kennelly is ? Cionnaoligh.

IMHO, I really think roosy is going over there to try and get kennelly back and give him an offer he simply cant refuse, especially with all this salary cap room. Of course as well as to offer him support, but surely they will try and convince him to come back if he wins the all ireland title and not wait for kennelly to say something

He's based in Melbourne and I believe does forward scouting work. I'd not be surprised if he was set to do development work with Heath and Hannebury during the year too - though he wouldn't have been too busy with that, especially towards the end of the season.

So who have I confused him with?

If Kennelly does win the cup and does mention he'd like to return to the big bucks, the girlfriend and the house in Bondi, I hope Roos gives him a big whack on the shoulder. If it's still intact, he's in.

18 months (buy the time he returned) without the continual heavy contact of our game will have done wonders for his body.
