It was advertised during the GF, yesterday.
We had already done a big weekly shop.
Would've saved close alomst $30 if we'd known.

      Yeah, bull@@@@!

Was advertised in the Sunday Telegraph yesterday, so headed down to Coles to do my shopping, only to be told at the register that 'it didn't come through on our computers so we can't honour that!'

      Didn't surprise me.

I would have left my shopping there then.

I saved myself around $8 last night. Lady at the checkout seemed to know about the discount but had no idea how to process it. But another gentleman sorted it out for me. He had no idea what a Swans membership was though. Doubt he knew who the Swans even were.

If you still have your docket, ring head office and complain-big chance they will honour it.

True, but is it worth it for $8.43?

$8.43 better in your pocket than theirs.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Well, we bought just a few more things. all to save $20.

Hopefully next weeks shop will be very small.
