Yes, that seems to have come from nowhere....

No mention of who will replace him. I guess there's a few blokes well qualified and known to the club who are looking for jobs... No relocation costs to be covered either...

        Brett Allison has Left Us!!!!

Its not like I don't want the man to progress, but He Is Leaving Us!!! For North Melbourne!!!! Coaching the Back Line!!!!

My fondest memories of him are him coaching while playing in ressies; he barely got a go in the seniors but it didn't stop him from putting in maximum effort in the ressies while coaching them at the same time.

He also has to be the nicest runner they have ever had. Always had a positive body language even when delivering unwanted truths. It used to make us laugh imagining him with his arm half around one of the boys saying with a smile on his face "you are playing like crap, they want you off the ground".

        I like him. Nooooooo.

Considering he played for North, basically all he is doing is going home, seems all the rage at the moment. And I guess its better he goes now so as we have time to get a replacement prior to the start of the next season.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

He hasn't announced his retirement yet but Tom Harley would be a good pick up as an assistant as he's Sydney bound to join his Fiance/wife.

                Bring back Paul Kelly.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

You might be successful in real estate. You can even be a football star?

Same thing. Uptight US record label is responsible for that one.

Sounds a perfect solution for him personally and for the Swans.

Except he mentioned recently (I can't remember where or when, unfortunately, but it was this year) that he was unlikely to go into coaching, but was open to an administrative role of some sort. That could see him possibly joining GWS as they get up and running.

And Bomber has said he'd be open to giving him two games next season just to reach 200.
