Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

    What a surprise package.

    10/10.

    Most bounces in the AFL.

    We should call him Kanga.

9/10 Excellent season from Rhyce! A bit of a surprise but it's a credit to him and got inducted into the Leadership group which is a phenomenal effort in 1 season

Round 2 close one against the eagles I think, Rhys comes streaming through the centre and kicks the ball 60 metres, 30 long and 30 high!! I thought we were going to be in for a long season!!!

Fortunately it was an anomoly and his disposal for the rest of the season was generally pretty good.

He more than exceeded expectations and provided great run and drive from defence and in the midfield. Great pick up for a downgrade of late draft picks.

        8 from me

What more could we have asked for??? I think he exceeded everyone's expectations - by a long long way!!!

Yeah, 9 from me. Awesome season, unpredictable at times but generally exciting to watch. A season that had me wholeheartedly tucking into a decent serve of humble pie... Long may his form with the Swans continue...

A 9 from me as well. Gave us the run off HB that we so desperately needed, showed many teammates what unrewarded running is all about but kept on running in spite of it. Skills were generally better than expected.

              I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

                Exceeded expectations.
On of the most consistent players.

                2nd in the B&F.

I only gave him an 8 and I apologise. Exceeded all our expectations and I strongly suspect he exceeded his own. Amazing what happens when you are valued by your peers and your coaches.

                    I gave him a 9.

Excellent first season with the Swans and thoroughly deserved his 2nd place finish in the B&F.

We seem to do very well from the majority of former Collingwood players and Rhyce was no exception.

Great season - to be sure, to be sure (sorry couldn't help myself).

                      I give him an 8

                        8 from me.

Minus one for being an ugly sonofa

Another mark lost for always kicking the ball long and wide to a contest. Although this is probably under instruction but it's always Shaw. Drives me mad.

                            Wow.
What a great year from the Rhesus Monkey.
I don't think anyone (recruiting staff aside) could have envisaged he'd be as successful for us as he was, and with Tiger leaving at the start of the year, it made his recruitment even more important for us.
A revelation, and an absolute masterstroke from Andrew Ireland, Paul Roos and co.
The missing point gives him room for even more improvement!

                            9/10.

Best trade of any club from the 2008/09 trading period. Thanks again Collingwood.
