Yep, agree with that Cruiser. BTW that's a great idea for an award.

I love the guy's work rate. I remember in the dying minutes of the game at the Gabba, when we were six goals down, seeing him sprint flatout 60 meters to a contest.

Great passion on the field and not afraid to stick it to Goodesy!

        Score after 51 voters - 8.29/10

Although the two votes down the bottom brought that down from 8.57

Did all that was expected of him and then some. Let himself down on occasion by bombing it long to no one and turning it straight over. Probably needed to convert a few more of the opportunities he had too but now I'm just being picky.

Just a point. Didn't he bomb it long in the first half of the season and took a more controlled approach by the end of the season? Anyone? That was my observation, but it could be wrong.

By the way, he may have a very large noggin, but up close and personal he is a very good looking man. Beautiful eyes.

Probably learnt not to expect a mark inside 50..

I'm simply scared by any woman who has access to the Shaw family.

Best trade of any club from the 2008/09 trading period. Thanks again Collingwood.
Not strictly a trade but Zac Dawson may have edged him.

I was tossing up between 7 and 8, in the end i gave him an 8. Very good season from him.

Great get, even though I still imagine him as a Collingwood person.

Gave us something and always made the play and generally used it well which was his weakness at the Pies.

Would like to see him stop the bitching, though had a great year and was a worthy runner up in the Best and Fairest.

I'm glad I joined the Rhyce Shaw Bandwagon.

Played all 22 games, ranked 4th in total kicks and kicks per game in the AFL this season. His best season disposal-wise (avg. 24.2 disposals per game) though he marked it a lot less (3.6 marks in 2009 vs. 6.8 in 2008) but it reflects how he played the game. I hope he continues his great form next year.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore
