      Gordon's Alive!

Well done Nipper. Probably spells the end of RBN though.

Also, looks like Goodes and Kirk are the veteran replacements but kept inside the senior list. So, assuming one spot for Bradshaw, we are only going to use 3 picks in the ND?

        Also just noted this
Ryan Davis, meanwhile, has elected to nominate for the national draft. He was in the Eagles squad for the past two seasons.

Former North Shore player, are we considering picking him up? It's been a while since we had a Davo on our list.

What about Kennelly? When do they have to make up their mind about his place on the list?
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

VERY odd that Goodes and Kirk aren't being kept off the list... that would allow us to use all our picks up to 55 (we traded for 55, you'd expect we'd use it), have a spot for Bradshaw, and still keep Henry.

When is the deadline for nominating whether veterans will be outside the list or not? There's another list lodgement before the draft, reckon there's a chance?
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

              Who?

I'm guessing Thornton will not be included as a draft pick?

That leaves 4 vacancies on the list.

If we have Picks 6, 14, 38, 54, 55. We also need to add a spot in PSD for Bradshaw.

So that is 6 spots required. If Thornton is added as a draft pick then that will be 5 spots.

Will we pass on picks 54 and 55?

So either 1 or 2 more players will still need to be delisted.

              Is that right?

                What's wrong with our list?

Oh, it is looking very young for a change.

Ryan Bottin-Noonan, the other eligible scholarship player to be promoted.

Thornton has already been promoted, it's not counted as a draft pick although it can be counted as 1 of our minimum 3 picks every club is required to make in the ND.

I guess Kennelly and Playfair's spots are still undecided, the 2nd list submission is in December.

Perhaps if both Kennelly and Playfair end up at the Swans, we'll then list Goodes and Kirk outside the senior list?

I think Matt May is also of age - though he seems to have faded right away this year.

Would have been nice to see RBN "make it", at least as far as a rookie spot, just because he was our first ever scholarship player.

I read somewhere a while ago that May was never going to be drafted this year, next year he is moving to Sydney full time to train with the squad with a view to being drafted at the end of 2010. That was the plan that the club had sorted out with him and his parents considering school and whatnot.
