2.
Tough call, but had next to no impact. I know he was coming back from a knee injury, but I feel that it wasn't a physical issue for Nick as much as a mental issue.
Is a great player when on song, so I hope he regains his confidence in 2010. -

6, my love for him means I am not only blinded I cannot hear all you horrible people. On principle I approve of his ability to hang in there no matter what is thrown at him. He became more effective as the year worn on. And he gives the Best Hugs!!!If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

Without exaggeration, this guy is going to be the barometer for us in 2010. He goes well, so will the Swans. He has another ordinary year, So will the Swans. Not because he is THAT important a player, but because he is an indication of where our 2nd tier players are at. And that's where games of footy are won and lost.Comment

2 for the season and an extra 1 for being a top bloke!
This is a guy that has very high standards for himself so if anyone can turn around their form it's Melcho.
I actually noticed that his form fell away when Swantastic stop hanging around so often. So he needs to get back here - as his man Melcho needs him.
There were some glimpses of his appetite for a contest returning but still too tentative.Comment

Not true. Malceski was very disappointing, but I think we're losing a touch of perspective. He still managed 12 games, and he played a typical 12 game season. He was just a normal fringe player. He had a 3 goal game against Hawthorn, a couple of high possession games against other sides. Nothing like his 07, but his 07 was simply fantastic.
I gave him 3. Still poor, but to say we got more out of Pyke is quite ridiculous (and that's not a knock on Pyke, the fact he was able to even get a game so quickly defies belief!).Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!Comment
